Hello, Mandy here!
I'm a product designer. I am curious about people's understanding of the world to better help them reach their goals. This is applicable to both businesses and customer experiences because both people oriented areas. Knowing the intent of people or businesses allows me to build delightful experiences.
My biggest hobby: travelling. There are a few reasons why I love travelling:
- 1. Try the local food
- 2. Try local transportation
- 3. Get a better understanding of the people that live in that city by experiencing what they experience
I find the environment that people live in shape so much of how they live, think and carry themselves. By seeing it first hand, I can empathize with different types of people better and in turn design better!
I am a big believer in self-reflection and self-improvement. In order to improve yourself, you first have to reflect. Reflection helps you assess what's important to you and what is applicable to you. After reflection, you can apply what you have learned and improve yourself to become a better version of your previous self.
